Graham Shannon leads our Employment Team and qualified as a Solicitor in 1991. Graham has been practising Employment law for most of his career and has acted for employees and other categories of workers across a broad spectrum of employment law issues as well as Employers who he has advised on both contentious matters resulting in Court & Tribunal Claims and non- contentious work including the drafting of Contracts Policies and Procedures.
Graham sits as Chair of a Local Charity and has a particular empathy towards small charities and not for profit organisations. In his previous practice Graham was the Partner responsible for the management of a team of over 50 lawyers and support staff and for compliance and quality management. Matthew Sigsworth joined EMG Solicitors in 2019 as an Associate Solicitor and deals with General Disputes, Civil Litigation & Employment. Matthew has a varied range of experience having worked in the third and public sectors before becoming a private practice solicitor.
