Job Role at EMG

At EMG I am a Residential Conveyancing Administrator. I am responsible for creating files for clients and setting up initial paperwork. I deal with calls, filing and help clients with any queries they have. I take on general admin duties within the office and I am happy to take on any work that my colleagues need help with.

Experience

After deciding to leave sixth form to go into full time work, I have gained over 9 years’ experience working within busy office environments. I come from a property background having worked in estate agents for 8 years in the Durham area. I dealt with sales, lettings and student properties. Now I work in conveyancing it is a nice change seeing house sales and purchases from a legal view. It is very interesting! I hope to progress my career within EMG.

What do you like about working at EMG?

The best thing about EMG is how everyone works in a team and no matter which department you work in, everyone is happy to help each other. I enjoy coming to work which not everyone can say! The atmosphere is great and my job role is really rewarding knowing that I am helping clients.

Outside of EMG?

I will be found out and about exploring the North East with my miniature dachshund, Polly. I also enjoy socialising on a weekend with friends and family, with a glass of prosecco of course!
